Planetsky offers you a new service - SkyEasy!
This service is the perfect choice for home users that use the Internet for web-browsing or downloading small files and do not want to worry about how much money is left on their account. It is a monthly subscription service that has no limit on the downloaded traffic. The bandwidth allocated for the service will be shared among its users with a sharing ratio of 1:200. The speed of the service will depend on the number active users at the particular moment. The speed limit is 500 Kbit/s per subscription.
Minimal subscription term is 1 month, the price of monthly subscription is $10. The subscription fees are not refundable in case of termination of the subscription before its expiry date, because the unused bandwidth will be automatically distributed among active users.

Planetsky regretfully would like to inform all the valued customers, that transponder B3 (wide beam) of Express AM1 satellite has been requested by the Government of the Russian Federation to be returned to RSCC in order to provide Internet services to schools. Planetsky appreciates the importance of the project and has agreed with RSCC that it will stop providing services from this transponder by the 31st of July 2007.
Planetsky requests all customers who work in wide beam to change settings of their DVB receivers to narrow beam settings. Customers, who are not covered by the narrow beam (Urals and eastwards), are requested to re-point their antennas to Express AM22 satellite.

Planetsky accelerator client 2.4.4B has been updated.
The latest stable build key changes:
1. Fixed bug in object caching algorithm.
2. Fixed bug in FTP over HTTP-proxy algorithm.
3. Fixed bug in corrupted HTTP-requests handling algorithm.
The update contains a number a small fixes also. We recommend you to upgrade your accelerator client as soon as possible.
New client binaries can be downloaded
the accelerator WEB page.
No license or configuration file changes required!
Just stop the client, replace the binary and restart it.
