Due to further expansion of Planetsky space segment on the Express AM1 satellite, on Friday, 24th of March at 9:30GMT the carrier settings will be changed as follows:

Current symbol rate: 29.650 Msps

New frequency: 11043.75 íHz
New symbol rate: 39.999 Msps
Polarization: horizontal

In case of signal quality changes please contact our technical support team and provide the following information: location (country, city), antenna size and type, DVB-receiver model and software revision, signal level (in dB or %) and tariff plan.

Dear customers,
Beginning Wednesday, 21st of December, 18:00 GMT every subscription password change will result in the accelerator account password change. Every time your reseller or technical support changes your subscription password, the accelerator account password will be also changed.
All accelerator account passwords will be synchronized to current subscription passwords on Thursday, 22nd of December at 10:00 GMT! Please don't forget to update your recv.ini file if needed!
