PIDs Manual

To you have sent parameters of your subscription on which, except for all other parameters, there is value PID. It is simple number which is entered in a corresponding field in the program of your adjustment DVB card (in field PID, PID List... - depending on the program of adjustment).

PID is one of parameters of a filtration card DVB of a stream from the satellite. If PID in adjustments of yours DVB cards differs from PID which is written down in system of the provider for yours DVB cards, you`ll cannot receive the data from the satellite.

PID it is possible to set in decimal (DEC) format or hexadecimal (HEX). Usually in programs there is a switch of the format.

In parameters of subscription PID it is usually underlined in DEC format.

Here an example as looks PID in different formats (by the form it is possible to define a format of record):
HEX : 0x0200
DEC : 512
